I did it upon waking up, felt great! I liked the integration of breathing exercises (kapabalati) which then made me pay more attention to my breath throughout the practice.

I have some lower back / psoas issues in general, and I noticed my lower back was really stiff & slightly painful today after a half marathon yesterday. I found this class to be calming and restorative; my back is momentarily appeased and I plan to be back for part 2 tomorrow. I appreciated the bonus oh-so-gentle leg stretching, too!

As others have noted, if you haven't done this practice before you might want to turn the volume up an extra notch or two before you start. The video gets really quiet for a few minutes during some of the final stretches.

A good long class with lots of deep stretches - pigeon was so luscious! My favorite part: "If you can't reach your foot today, you're still a good person."
I laughed aloud a few times today. Exactly the encouragement I need when trying a class where some of the poses are still out of reach!
