This was a good practice for me! I definitely had to dig deep to find my strength and commitment to the slower flow and the holding of postures. I tend to lean toward faster flows so this helped me to find some balance. Fiji's great cues helped me to stay focused. Thank you!

On a morning I was feeling particularly frustrated and impatient, I was really glad I stuck with the class, it totally shifted my mood and reminded me to be in the moment. Thanks again for another great class.

This practice was a good way to end the three-class series. I liked the faster pace of this shorter class. However, I preferred the outdoor setting of Sunday’s Challenge class because the indoor setting of this class is distracting for me. I’m glad Rachel gives such good explanations of the poses. In the future, I will just listen to the audio for classes in this setting.
