The answer is to both strengthen and stretch the muscles that make up the rotator cuff - the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Tere Minor and Subscapularis. This video shows you how.

This is a great exercise! The number of reps will vary person to person dependidng on where you are in the healing process. The key is building strength gradually and naturally over time. Allow yourself to build up your capacity increasing reps as you feel ready, and observe how your shoulder feels the following day for feedback.

I am so excited to find this helpful exercises for strengthening the rotator cuff. I have suffered for a year now and won't go to the Dr. I am confident this is what will heal my shoulder. Namaste

I found this video after experiencing some shoulder soreness from playing softball (first practice of the season) and it has been a savior. Now I do this before every practice or game, and usually again the morning after.

Thanks for this awesome video on rotator cuff stretches. My physiotherapist said I needed to work on stretching my rotator cuff to help it recover. After doing this video, my shoulder feels great. Thanks for sharing!

Healing a rotator cuff injury without any medication is not easy. But technique shown in this video is great.I hope this will help anyone having rotator cuff injury to recover easily.
