This shoulder stretch reaches a wide variety of muscles, including the bicep, pectoralis, teres minor and infraspinatus in the bottom arm; the tricep and latissimus dorsi in the top arm.

Thankyou for this video! When I do this one arm my right is harder to get into the behind the back position then my left. Both can go over my head fine. Can you recomend more stretches to help with pain and tightness?
