Energize your body and move your breath through transitions and longer holds while we build upon lunge, triangle, and half moon. Newton’s Third Law states that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. How does this pertain to our bodies and yoga postures? Can we access Newton’s third law and apply it to our practice to bring depth, expansion, and ease? Figure four stretch, often called thread the needle or FABER, doesn’t only have to be done on your back! In this class Julia invites you to have fun with some creative flows while you open your hips in your figure fours.
