Guided Meditation | 14 min | Beginner

This is the first mindfulness guided meditation in a series of three. Although this is for all levels, in this video David teaches it as a "meditation for beginners", teaching you how to meditate beginning with the first step among many meditation techniques, establishing a focused mind. This is a great first step when learning about meditation and mindfulness - very similar to vipassana meditation - and will help you establish a strong mindfulness practice.

This office yoga class takes you through a hatha yoga sequence that strengthens your core and stretches the key muscles that get tight around your pelvis and lower back, including your hamstrings, hips, thighs, psoas and spine. It's short enough to fit into a busy schedule and you can do the class with limited space available.

This gentle hatha yoga class for seniors teaches you how to do yoga in a way that is safe if you have osteoporosis, or helps prevent you from getting osteoporosis. David teaches you how to take care of your body as you get older by doing poses that help prevent and relieve muscle tightness and soreness, joint pain, arthritis, neck pain and headaches.
 
TraceyThe Power of Commitment

Tracey works in elements of commitment into this fun, challenging power yoga class. The flow is creative with a wide variety of poses, including lots of twists, poses that demand core and shoulder strength, foot balances and arm balances. Of course, the flow between and Tracey's encouragement makes the class a delight to do, even though it's hard!

This yoga for seniors class with David helps you strengthen the bones of your whole body, while focusing on the lower body. 20-Day Office Yoga Challenge - Gentle
This yoga challenge helps those working at a desk establish a healthy yoga routine, one they can fit into their busy schedule and yoga classes they will be able to do limited space. This yoga challenge has only gentle, beginner classes, all 25 minutes or less.
 
20-Day Office Yoga Challenge - Vigorous
This yoga challenge for office workers encourages anyone with a busy desk job to fit in a short, high energy yoga class whenever they have a break during the day. There will be one class per day during the work week and each class will be intermediate level and vigorous.
 
14-Day Yoga Challenge for Seniors 
If you are 55+ and looking to improve your balance, flexibility, strength and overall well being as you get older, try doing yoga every day for 14 days. Then keep doing it! This program helps seniors experience yoga for the first time and establish a routine that will help them to feel good in their golden years.
