This class was created as an addition to the Absolute Beginners series and offers an explanation of the props we often use in yoga. This is a great way for anyone who is new to yoga (or to using props) to get familiar with the variety of things we can use to support us in making our practice more comfortable and accessible.

Note: There is no practice involved in this class.
