Excellent class! I even managed to work out my big toe that has been jammed for over 2 weeks. I noticed it was facing in a strange direction while in a calf stretch and slowly turned it in the correct direction and felt a few cracks and then boom! 90% of the pain was gone. I wouldn't be surprised if that jam wasn't related to some tight muscles in my calves and hips. Thanks Rachel!

Fantastic class Crista, hips have never been as hippity! As a runner, I think this has done me a lot of good. I love your energy and general approach too. Thank you so much :)

Loved this class! Will not love waking up with those rewarding aches in my legs, and wondering if it's the workout or covid -.- worth it anyway! <3

Same with the previous comment! I check the site daily to see if there is new Fiji class. Fiji, thank you so much for your thoughtful sequence and inspiring words. I always feel peace yet energized after your classes. Love every second of it.

I check nearly every day if there will be a new Fiji class - and today is my lucky day! Thank you for always inspiring me!! I, too, hope to join you on a retreat - one day, some day, hopefully sooner than later once travel is open again!

Good practice. I appreciated the alignment cues and the length of the practice. In future lessons, please consider spending more time in less-intense variations of stretches. When I look at what you're doing, it's usually to check my alignment on the easiest version of a stretch. It's not helpful to see your body contorted into a shape that I can't come close to achieving. Perhaps you could do a stiff version on one side and a flexy version on the other side.

I'm always excited to see a new Fiji class. It's my dream to do a retreat with you and I was thrilled to see one with you in September, especially since it speaks to my other loves of nature and journaling. I'll have to wait to see if your beautiful country will allow international visitors then. Namaste.

Thanks Melissa. Yesterday I have my 2nd moderna vaccine so today was a good day for restorative yoga for me. I am planning to attend your In Bloom retreat on Sault Spring this coming November hoping that travel within Canada is more relaxed.

What an amazing class this is. Definitely you should take seriously the level, there's no way I would've been able to complete it a few months back (when I started regular practice), but it was one of the most complete classes I've taken and one I'll be coming back to. Lovely challenge and stretch, inversions and fast transitions that build up to a great cool down. Recommended 10/10

"7-Day Challenge" my butt; I'll be working on these poses for a long time!
But even the exercises preceding the forearm balance itself feel great, those backbends are a godsend after a day at the desk. To be honest I couldn't lift my leg too far up in that final pose - I'd guess it was about horizontal, although I of course couldn't actually see it -, something just seemed to block any further movement. As I said, lots of work to be done. And I'm looking forward to it!

I really enjoyed this class! I am transitioning from maternity leave to go back to work next week, and found this class to be very helpful for my mindfulness and gratitude during such a big change. Thank you!
