This was a good re-focus class as we are half way through the challenge. It is good to stretch and do different levels and provide our body time to recover.

Great sequence for the middle of the day at work to move yourself out of routine movements/postures. However as with yesterday's class I don't feel like it really belongs in the intermediate yoga challenge!

Wow, can't believe it's already halfway through the 30 day challenge. I feel like we just got started! Even though this class with Fiji was short, she always finds a way to pack in a ton of good postures and stretches. Oddly enough, I was sitting in the office all day, so I really felt like she was speaking to me on this one. Fiji's voice and instructions help me to really remain calm- I love her classes so much, mentally and physically. Also, I was totally called out when she said to "focus on what's happening within the body rather than the chattering in the mind about your busy day," because I definitely was thinking that :P

I watched this video after midnight on the night of the challenge and couldn’t find how to enter the contest. Now I’ve come back to it and it seems it was there all along. Oh well, technology baffles me again. Haha! Great class for relaxation.

Totally amazing class from Rachel. Echoing other comments, that was far more challenging than I expected. Engaging mula bandha takes considerable effort, but I loved the challenge in really engaging the subtle body through such an engaging sequence. Brilliant!
