I really liked her unique take on those classic movements we’ve all done thousands of times. This is a great full practice for days when you have extra time.

It is true that we don’t pay enough attention to our feet, and we should as they are our basis. This wonderful class also helps strech and strenghten some other parts of our body and find right alignment.

Short little stretchy session, I liked this. Will come back to this again when I need a little extra stretching and/or when I need a mid-day break.
