I suffer from carpal tunnel in both wrists and while I do have to be careful with some movements, I can say that this class, and David's carpal tunnel series, are amazingly helpful and truly do help to relieve pain. I have done this class many times. Thanks so much.

Great stretch to wake me this morning. I love Christa's spirited style :) Did we forget one side on the last stretch or was I spacing out? I am surprised this class is posted as intermediate, it feels more beginner. No complaints, just observation :) Have a super day.
