Super great class! Building strength, flexibility and balance all at once. I felt challenged the entire time but the superlative queuing kept me from being lost or overwhelmed.

Longer Fiji classes always intimidate me at first, and every time they end I feel they went too quickly! The pace of this class especially moves along but with care- time is given to the poses that need it, complemented with some quicker flows to build up some heat.

I just got my first yoga blocks ever and was glad to try them out with this class! It's short, but works well as part of the lower back care series and is a good way to be mindful of that space.

A great practice on a day when I was experiencing random muscle cramps around my hips in the morning. I was afraid this class may intensify that pain but instead it eased those muscles and left me feeling great!
