I felt a bit nervous starting this class labelled as challenging beginner as I had struggled with the arm strength class in this challenge. However it was great, Rachel's cues were fantastic and really did not seem 55 minutes long, I was surprised that it was all within my body's capability. I now feel fantastic, thank you.

Ooh, this is a great one for a desk and car worker! This was a great reminder that I should do this every day after work, because wow, it makes a big difference in the ole bod.

This is probably my favorite Do Yoga With Me video. I sit at a desk all day and this is the perfect quick after work or even middle of the day class to stretch your hip flexor and psoas muscles.
