Monthly Update - February 2021

This month we explore the practice of inversions in our 7-Day Inversions Yoga Challenge. Not only are inversions fun to practice, they offer us the opportuinity to look at things from a new perspective and re-evaluate things we may have started to take for granted.

This 14-Day Challenge is designed to help two yogis who are at different levels do yoga together. All classes are challenging for both beginner and intermediate students, making it a perfect yoga challenge for any two people - parent and child, married couple, non-married couple, siblings, best friends, etc.. Whoever you are, doing 14 days of yoga together can be a lovely bonding experience.

This 14-day beginner yoga challenge focuses on the themes of grounding, nurturing and strengthening. This is a challenge suitable for busy moms who don't have a lot of free time during the week but can find more time during the weekend. It's designed for the shorter classes during the week to be 40 minutes or less, while the weekend classes are a full 60 minutes should you choose to begin the challenge on a Monday.

  • is FREE for the first three day


This yoga challenge is accessible to the average man who is a beginner to yoga, is generally inflexible and maybe even intimidated by yoga, who is looking for more flexibility, to ease soreness and tightness, to reduce the risk of injury in sports and to avoid issues such as joint pain and limited range of motion. The 14 classes are all between 15 to 50 minutes long and features 4 teachers.
