In this 60-minute class, David will help you focus your mind, let go of tension and stress and move your body in a way fluidly and mindfully. This is a gentle beginner class that will help you release built-up stiffness in your muscles and is accessible to all levels.

I have a small group of 3 of us that have been meeting almost every week day M—F to do yoga with me. The Good Morning Girls Yogis! Celeste Cairns and Lorraine Maloney . We started this before the Covid hit and now have found it to have been our life preserver during this Uncertain time! We are all paid members and very happy to be part of the DYWM family! Over 50 never felt better! I just wanted to share that your DYWM ISS changing and uplifting lives one breath at a time! Namaste and stay healthy !

We're working on it! We have an intermediate 14-day yoga challenge with a variety of teachers (including Tracey) launching in November, but Tracey should have some new ones coming out soon too!

I am a retired senior, 68 yrs old, in quarantine in Florida. I was happy to discover your ABSOLUTE Beginner videos online. I have been teaching myself yogo for about a month now. I am now "addicted" to learning this difficult endeavor. I feel SO GOOD after each session I do daily that when I look at the is 3 hours later!! So AWESOME to pass the time away with David and yoga asanas. I am dedicated to my innate powers to heal myself. And, I thank God for my innate wisdom to know how, now that I have been introduced to this marvelous activity. Finding your videos online was a "god-wink" for me!! Thank you. I hope to subscribe once I do more introductory sessions.
