This is a wonderful, beginner level class. Whenever Fiji gives a cue I know to listen, her classes have saved me from injury many times! However I'm not sure how appropriate it is for the Intermediate challenge, it would have been nice to have similar cuing in a more difficult class setting.

This didn't feel much like a yoga practice, but I absolutely love that there's a Fiji video just for building shoulder strength. I've noticed in a lot of practices that if my shoulders were stronger I could nail a lot of the trickier poses and I think this video is how I'm going to eventually get there. Thanks, Fiji!
