Clear and concise but as a few others have mentioned, there are no modifications for people who may not be able to do certain poses. I think that would be very helpful. I did yoga for years then stopped for several years. Glad to be back and easing into it with this yoga challenge. Thanks David!

Great explanations of poses and how to focus your body on proper alignment... Even though I've done yoga classes before, I never was taught how to align my body correctly. I feel like I will be able to get more out of yoga now knowing some of these fundamentals.
