I find this hard to do - and I think I should do the first class again. I sometimes find my stomach doesn't move at all - and then I know I'm not doing it right!

I like that every instructor has a different approach to poses, so it continually gives me new ways to explore the feelings and me edge in a pose. Great follow up to the first day's sitting class. Thanks!

The breathe practice with this one is a struggle for me - never feel like I'm doing that quite right. Nice class for a Friday afternoon!

A good class that helped me to engage my deep core. I had to modify a bit as the time of my breath did not match some of the class pace. I appreciate having a gentle class from time to time.

A tiring week so these last three days have been very welcome and a nice contrast to the earlier classes which I found more difficult but thoroughly enjoyed all the same. I can't sit cross-legged as my left hip wont turn out much, simply because its stiff, but I keep trying. If I can feel like this after just 11 days I'm gently optimistic that I can feel even more subtle by the end of the challenge.
