I actually give this 6 stars. Tracey at her finest. After this flow it is impossible to say with any seriousness “I just don’t have time for yoga.” All of the best of yoga in 20 mins. Lovely!! Would be so excited to see this concept expanded to a 60 min practice. Did I mention I loved this one?!?! Thank you!!

Challenging at just the right pace making for quite the awesome flow! Your instruction is reassuring as we move quickly through the sequence. I haven't had a difficult practice like this in some time, and this is just what I needed to crack my heart & mind back open to the beneficial depths that the challenges we face in yoga bring. This practice feels very lovely first thing in the morning. Could feel my shoulders, hamstrings, hips and spine all open up nicely.
