This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

I am just finding my way back into yoga (not that I have had loads of experience) and his was a fantastic class, with a great pace .. not too fast, not too slow and good explanation of movements .. thanks heaps!
Just getting into yoga and really enjoyed this video. It was a good pace and not too overwhelming for someone with little yoga experience. I feel great afterwards!
After a previous day of sitting in a car for 12-hours, I woke up to this class the next morning and it opened me right up, My hips feel great, my back loose and my neck mobile. Great, quick, effective morning class. My ONLY critique is there was a bit too many words/instruction. I understand we're being coached as beginners but at times it was hard to concentrate on my breathing and settling into a pose because of the constant instruction. Overall a great class.
Thank you for the class! I have given up on yoga after 15 years practicing. I am happy to feel my body again. I take these beginner classes until I get back into shape and find the confidence I've lost!
