I am following the Runners Challenge and this was listed under week 3. Very easy and simply soothing to my mind and body. My shoulders and neck feel loose and relaxed.
Normally I like a more vigorous yoga routine to start my day but I decided to give this one a try. I LOVED it! My neck and shoulder tension is gone.
This was the first video I practiced with on the site, and I loved it. Very relaxing and I feel wonderful! Better than I have in weeks, and better than any massage!
