Stay low on the mat and open to the connection of breath and movement. Anchored in flow ~ wring out the shoulders, the hips and the hamstrings preparing you to settle into the deep rich posture of Frog.

Thank you Tracey, that was a nice class. And shout-out to the crew at DYWM for organizing this challenge. I grew stronger and more flexible as the days went along, and I feel a sense of accomplishment. I did miss a few days due to scheduling, but accepted that as part of life, and certainly wasn't going to stress over it!
Thank you again to all, and it was a great way to start the New Year.
