This slower paced more precise practice really challenges the mind body connection. My favorite part is the beginning heart opener that really allows openness to receive the ensuing practice. Namaste

This was a great practice to come back after the holidays (I missed Day One of the challenge). Just enough stretching and twisting to remind my body that it is, in fact, more than a couch potato.
