This is a great practice. It helped me release pent up emotions and relax. Fiji does a great job giving a basic pose and then challenging you to take the pose farther. She does assume you have basic yoga knowledge. I think a beginner would have a hard time keeping up with the instructuons.

excellent and though I know this drill I found it very good to review and found it brought me to my limits. The only move I can't do is standing on my knees even on a foam block, my knees hurt, probalby due to damaged miniscus cushions,so I do the that posture with my leg strait out.
I also did the senior day one challenge, which I found too easy, I will keep doing both and hope to soon find which one is more suited for me. I have been doing yoga for decades however I had many months in between these Yoga period. I have mostly done, Yengar, Kripalu, and other classes including hot yoga which I found very unsuitable for me. My favorite was Kripalu the surrender method.
However now that I gave up my car and use public transportation I really appreciate your website and classes to do at home.
Thank you, your website is a blessing. Namaste

Very gentle! Unable to get down on the floor so just did those stretches in the chair. Felt good to stretch and move my body. Thank you!

I've never been able to fully straighten my back when sitting straight legged, (let alone raise my arms above my head!) I guess because my upper back is stiff. So I found this challenging. (I joked with my friends that I must be "the beginners' beginner"). I did feel that there was less effort sitting up straight towards the end of the class, so felt a sense of accomplishment. Obviously, this is exactly what I need to improve my flexibility and I'm committed to completing all 30 days. I really appreciate you putting this challenge together. Thank you.
