It's also a class that you can fit into any busy schedule, giving you the ability to do some extra back care at any time, since it's only 13 minutes long! Really like this short pratice! I just did one class of Fiji's lower back serie before (And I didn't do all the classes of the challenge.. meh, you know, busy life...) but with this class, I think I'll try all the other ones! Thank you!
great lower back relaxer
not enough warm up for me going into this one -- felt a little disjointed doing the last class of a different series as part of the 30-day challenge. as usual, though, love Fiji's clear instruction and sweet inspiration :)
Overall, this is a wonderful series and this sequence is intense and aligns with the teachings of the other three videos. Because the practice starts so quickly, it does help to be somewhat warmed up before starting.
