super efficient for just 13 minutes. the tips are integrated in such a way that it feels like a sweet flow rather than a teachy tutorial. i have a hard time flexing my foot in pigeon pose, not sure why we flex our foot here, or what i need to work on to make this happen. maybe just time and practice.

This class was so good that it left me hungry for more yoga after I'd finished! The time spent in pigeon was especially good for stretching out happy muscles after a vigorous trail run yesterday.
