I enjoyed it! When I read hips, I was hoping for somewhat deeper hip poses like lizard or pigeon or figure four. I did these at the end, though, so with the edition of them, it turned out okay.
Also, surprisingly, I got a nice shoulder stretch outta this class! Really nice, as headstands have made me tight!

Does what it says it will- short break with lots of movement. I like how there is a wide variety of movement in a short period.

Clear, sweet instructions in this very short practice. Crista is lovely. I'd never heard of bear pose before!

It took me all day to convince myself to do this class, but I'm glad I did. I will have to make sure to go back through all the foundational stuff when I get done with the challenge! It is both challenging, in that it feels like a worthwhile workout, and it helps me with posture in my everyday life. I have been noticing that with each one of these I learn a new way to carry myself throughout the day.
I had one question, When I was doing the leg lifts, I felt the groin muscles, but not the lower back, I was also having a hard time understanding what you meant with clenching the waist(?), would those two things be connected?
