Really enjoyed the pace of this class.I always appreciate a short (30-ish or less minute class) that still leaves me feeling fully yoga-ed, and this class achieved it. I needed to use a block as a prop, but was able to achieve the half moon bind for the first time ever (for about 2.5 seconds), but still -- not a bad way to start a new year. :) Sidenote: I would never describe the feeling in my abs during the core work as "shaking with joy." Nice try. ;)
