Yoga to Build Resilience - Shorter Class
This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Fiji is an excellent teacher. This class is managable and challenging. Her verbal ques are right on as she asks us to find space in the body. Her vast knowledge of yoga is evident when she includes pranayama from other yoga disciplines. I trust Fiji's guidance and would recommend her classes to anyone.
