Tracey's instruction is clear and the class is challenging and short. They say it is more difficult to make a clear point (when speaking) in a few words rather than a lot of words. I would say the same thing about yoga; it is difficult to be challenging in a shorter time than a longer time. Tracey accomplished a challenging, short class and I enjoyed it. Maybe I'll get to the peak pose someday. :)

Always love Tracey's classes! I will have to practice this one a few more times to get that arm balance, but I loved the shoulder stretches between sequences.
