Such a wonderful morning class. Thanks, Josh. I wish there would be more classes with Josh for Beginner II to Intermediate I because of his smooth way of teaching. His pace allows to get alignment in place, I really thing sometimes he is seeing me (probably a feeling other students share).

Thank you for a lovely class, Josh. After a day of caring for others at work, I find that I often need a gentle calming practice to nourish my body, clear my mind, and feel whole again. Your presence is very soothing and the pace is perfect for slowing down a churning, overloaded mind. Just what I needed today. Thank you for sharing with us.
