I can tell you that DYWM—particularly David and Melissa—has changed my physicality. I understand my core, and I no longer have back problems. I have lost 35 lbs, and hope to lose 15 more before I am done. I am incredibly thankful that I found you in the first months of Covid.
I am a computer illiterate, but wanted to tell you that you saved my sanity both during covid, and the recent hurricane we had here in Florida. You are the best. Started with you on the deep release for hips, hamstrings, lower back, before covid hit us. At my point and age, I have found the videos with stretches are a must. Have had the great joy of doing and trying many of them. Plus, just plain having FUN!!! Sometimes I talk back, like, you aren't kidding this is tough!
Have recommended you to many friends and family members.
I would also like to tell you, have done yoga almost 50 years, but have learned more in your videos than I did all those years! Decided to start all over again to see what I missed! Lucky me!
I have been using the free subscription of DoYogaWithMe for almost a year and like the company so much that I recently got the paid subscription. This is the most positive experience I have ever had with yoga - I love the format and the teachers. I feel the instruction is excellent. Two years ago I would never have considered taking a yoga class on line and all alone - I was devoted to participating in my regular sessions held in a busy yoga studio along with a favourite instructor and many likeminded yogis on their mats all around me! But when Covid struck and we were facing lockdown I realized I had only two options - give up yoga or try to switch to zoom and/or online classes.
I knew in my gut that this was a crucial time to maintain my yoga schedule if I had any chance of keeping my balance and holding on to some sense of well-being throughout the long months ahead. I am in my 80th year and for the past 30 of these years have been an enthusiastic yogi so I knew what making these choice would do to my lifestyle.
But now - having found your site - has been a revelation! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the variety and choice of classes, the integrity of the instructors, the monthly subscription fee and the development opportunities. Now we are coming out the other side of the pandemic and yoga studios are rushing to welcome back their members, I have absolutely no desire to return to a crowded studio and share my space with other likeminded yogis - your site has all I need for now and for the future to maintain and develop my practice.
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate this site. The quality of instruction is always very good and I really appreciate the diversity of instructors you have. It's not often we get to see all body shapes and colours in yoga and your site gives me some hope.

Much appreciation for the great service you provide which allows me to access highly qualified instruction and instructors without leaving the comfort of my own home. I live in the country and need to drive a distance to access live studio classes so your website is something I love to use. I want to let you know how much DoYogaWithMe has meant to me. I started with your free classes - It was my introduction to practicing yoga. I had wanted to try it for a long time. I was obese, and out of shape, and needed to change my life. I started weight watchers, and jumped into yoga. I fell in love with it immediately. My yoga practice became the best part of my day. It was such a challenge, but I started noticing changes right away in my stamina, balance, flexibility, and how I felt about myself. Over the next year, I was down to a healthy weight, and in better condition than ever before. Then Covid hit. I had a mild case, but have been battling long haul symptoms for the last 7 months. I know that yoga would benefit me greatly, but have only had the strength and energy to practice a handful of times in since then. I miss it terribly. I am stopping my membership now, regretfully, but can't continue to pay for something I am unable to use. Hopefully, eventually, my life will return to something like normal, and I will return. Until then, thank you, most sincerely, for all you have done for me.Namaste.
I found your site earlier in the pandemic when I was searching for yoga to help with too-many-Zoom-calls-back and hip pain. I found a YouTube video with David and discovered the site from there. I've been using the free content since then. I really like the mission of the group, and the ease with which I can search the library of videos (length, difficulty, teacher, focus...). It's the best search feature I've ever experienced.
The site's been a godsend for both heart and body. Thanks for making it all happen.
I’ve really been enjoying my sessions so far. It’s great to be able to tailor my classes to what I want to focus on, to integrate them more into my schedule and to manage the time more effectively. I have set a goal of doing some yoga each day, 5 of every 7 days and so far have been managing that very well.
My familiarity with a number of the teachers has also been of benefit and I've recommended the site to a few friends as well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to access all the content on DoYogaWithMe, and have already found a couple of favourite practices that I have returned to.
The teachers are relatable and "real", and I love that I often come away from practising with a more full knowledge of some of the "theory" or "science" of yoga. I also love that many of the videos I've watched are filmed at local beaches.
I discovered DoYogaWithMe at the start of lockdown and have been doing the classes ever since. I love the teachers, range of classes and especially the challenges. I also got my sister into it too.
I’ve decided not to go back to my yoga classes when the gyms open back up in the UK. I will continue with your online yoga classes instead.
