I want to let you know how much DoYogaWithMe has meant to me. I started with your free classes - It was my introduction to practicing yoga. I had wanted to try it for a long time. I was obese, and out of shape, and needed to change my life. I started weight watchers, and jumped into yoga. I fell in love with it immediately. My yoga practice became the best part of my day. It was such a challenge, but I started noticing changes right away in my stamina, balance, flexibility, and how I felt about myself. Over the next year, I was down to a healthy weight, and in better condition than ever before. Then Covid hit. I had a mild case, but have been battling long haul symptoms for the last 7 months. I know that yoga would benefit me greatly, but have only had the strength and energy to practice a handful of times in since then. I miss it terribly. I am stopping my membership now, regretfully, but can't continue to pay for something I am unable to use. Hopefully, eventually, my life will return to something like normal, and I will return. Until then, thank you, most sincerely, for all you have done for me.Namaste.
I found your site earlier in the pandemic when I was searching for yoga to help with too-many-Zoom-calls-back and hip pain. I found a YouTube video with David and discovered the site from there. I've been using the free content since then. I really like the mission of the group, and the ease with which I can search the library of videos (length, difficulty, teacher, focus...). It's the best search feature I've ever experienced.
The site's been a godsend for both heart and body. Thanks for making it all happen.
I’ve really been enjoying my sessions so far. It’s great to be able to tailor my classes to what I want to focus on, to integrate them more into my schedule and to manage the time more effectively. I have set a goal of doing some yoga each day, 5 of every 7 days and so far have been managing that very well.
My familiarity with a number of the teachers has also been of benefit and I've recommended the site to a few friends as well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to access all the content on DoYogaWithMe, and have already found a couple of favourite practices that I have returned to.
The teachers are relatable and "real", and I love that I often come away from practising with a more full knowledge of some of the "theory" or "science" of yoga. I also love that many of the videos I've watched are filmed at local beaches.
I discovered DoYogaWithMe at the start of lockdown and have been doing the classes ever since. I love the teachers, range of classes and especially the challenges. I also got my sister into it too.
I’ve decided not to go back to my yoga classes when the gyms open back up in the UK. I will continue with your online yoga classes instead.
A big shout out to Fiji and Tracey who I follow the most. They’re brilliant!
DoYogaWithMe has elevated my practice and challenged me in very positive ways. During the past year, yoga has become even more important to me as we endure long periods of "stay at home" regulations and are inundated with anxiety producing news. I am fortunate to be someone who is not naturally anxious and I am sure yoga has helped me sustain a calm and positive outlook.
At 64 years of age, I feel healthy and flexible in body and mind. I can always find a class that fits my needs, energetically, physically and mentally.
Thank you for providing this wealth of instruction at a variety of levels!
I have followed DoYogaWithMe for a long time, and it was actually the first website that I visited that inspired me to join a local yoga studio, deepen my own practice, and go through teacher training! There are so many wonderful teachers and classes to take, one can always find an enriching experience at DoYogaWithMe.
You offer so much to the yoga community.
Really enjoying the site so far.
It's helped me jump-start my practice after some time off since COVID shut down my local studio. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy the video classes and definitely see myself continuing to use them even after it's safe to go back to the studio.
I have been a longtime DoYogaWithMe follower, and I love your website and teachers! You are the best!
In the past I mainly attended the free classes occasionally, but COVID brought me closer to DoYogaWithMe. I also enjoyed the free 2 months trial very much.
Thank you for the greatest yoga that you and your colleagues provide and deliver!
Thank you so much for the 14-Day Beginner Yoga for Grounding Challenge. I have been a subscriber of DoYogaWithMe since March 2020 and this challenge is the best yet.I find having the choice made for me each day as to what class I am doing that day takes all the mental work out, and removes any excuses or dialogue I may have about certain classes or instructors. I receive it without question, and love the variety and just show up for the class. I do admit I don’t do it every day, some days I do two or even three classes, as that works well for me and it's great having that flexibility. I don’t use the music/spotify option, I tried it for the first class and found it was difficult to hear the instructor and to focus on what she was saying, but applaud the option and maybe one day I will use it.Thank you for this 14-Day Challenge, I love love not having to think about what class I am going to do when I am able to carve out the space and time for a practice!Blessings.
I am loving the programs and have been doing a class daily since I signed up. I will definitely be signing on for a year membership.
My favorites are Crista Shillington and Fiji McAlpine, although I tried a few of the others on the two week challenge. All very good.
Looking forward to the new year with you.
I'm so glad to have found this yoga community and I look forward to practicing with you in the future. You have great content and amazing teachers. I haven't done a class that I haven't enjoyed. I've already got so much from practicing with you all. Many thanks and all the best!Namaste :)
I’m absolutely in love with DoYogaWithMe! I’ve been following some random classes online for many years, but since I’ve became a member I love following programs and challenges.
The 30 minute classes are the best for me as I don’t have much time everyday between work and two kids, and the short classes give me the possibility to do yoga every day... and it feels so great!
Thank you for your amazing work, I am an "ambassador" of DoYogaWithMe and hope to follow a retreat as soon as possible.
This site is an incredible resource. I’ve been a member for just a few months and I already feel like I’ve benefited from the yoga practice; in flexibility, strength and calm.
Beyond the physical technique, everything I’ve tried has a mindfulness quality to it and integration of the breath that I truly appreciate. Given the number and diversity of teachers, there is something for every mood and every capability and because the site is so well organized, you can easily find what you’re looking for, by level, duration or type.
The instructors are truly skilled, and also terrific communicators. I often find I can follow from the audio alone, especially if I’ve done that class before. And the videos are chock-full of useful tips that I keep learning from every time I come back. It’s apparent that everything on this site was crafted with care.
I am sorry I did not find this great yoga community earlier. Wasted time and hurt myself by trying to follow instructors. I did "yoga" in Germany, California, Germany again, Minnesota, Arizona, Down Dog App - until I found you. Started many, many moons (maybe 35 years) ago. I am very limber and thought my yoga was pretty good. Found out I did not even know the basis correctly.
I do the 30-Day Beginner religiously and sneak in classes with Guy and Melissa. They are already like family to me. To be honest, I don’t even roll up my Liforme Happiness mat anymore. Made a studio out of our front guest room.
Soon began my online introduction and discovery of Vinyasa Flow with Fiji McAlpine and DoYogaWithMe. And I mean it was an instant connect! It had all the movement and energy that I always thought was missing from Yoga. Boy am I pleasantly surprised! Not only has it done wonders for my physical shape and conditioning, but it produces such an amazing sense of well being and calm strength that running was starting to fade due to pain and stiffness. Now at 55, I truly believe I am in the best shape physically and mentally in quite a few years.
I must express my deep and continuing gratitude for DoYogaWithMe and all those who make it happen. I have gone on to try many different instructors and each has brought me a new appreciation and joy for the integrated approach to a simple but complete way of life (Melissa, David, Tracey, to name a few). For the near future, I think my preference will remain with Fiji's style and instruction, yet I look forward to continuing my wider connection with other teachers, methods and instruction style. So let me just extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you amazing folks at DoYogaWithMe and like they say: See you on the mat!
I love DoYogaWithMe.
I've been getting into quite a variety of classes and do really appreciate all of your care and everything you guys are doing. I love the way that Canadian teachers withhold the high ego quality that you can find with many American teachers. It's a breath of fresh air.
Thanks again for all you do.
My wonderful friend introduced me to your site and I am enjoying it so much. I do weekly yoga (now via Zoom or FaceTime) in my hometown, with a dear friend who is also my instructor, but it is so awesome to be able to call on another yogi friend, right here at home, whenever it suits my needs!
Thank you so much for this caring, healing service!
The first few weeks have been wonderful. I'm loving the classes!
First I did some random ones then I signed up for an intermediate program. I really enjoy the different teachers and classes, my body feels so much better! I just signed up for the Runners program, so I'm eager to see how that will work.
In the meantime, I've been doing some meditations as well, following David's classes. I've always wanted to get into meditation and I like the way he explains it. Very simple, playful and easy to start.
I am a fan!
