I love Fiji's classes. She has a great way of bringing a sense of calm to the mind while activating your body and pushing it to places where you haven't been before. I've been doing yoga on and off for ten years now. Recently, I started practicing again making this workout in particular, a weekly one. It's gentle enough but challenging. Fiji does an excellent job to guide you through beginner and advanced options.
