Love love LOVE classes with Fiji. Such a beautiful small challenge that made me proud of my body and my dedication to completing this challenge. Sweating along with one of Fiji's practices is one of my favorite ways to start a morning.

This was a very familiar class to find as part of the new year's challenge...for awhile now, it's been one of my favorite go-to classes for waking up and getting a good stretch through the whole body in 20 minutes.
