Very helpful. I discovered some 'new' points on the front side (groin muscles) . Can you expand around this area? Guess it would help with knee pain? Thanks a lot

It's a big 'yes' to both questions. With knee pain, of course, it would depend what is causing it but if you address all of the muscles that cross the knee joint, there's a good chance that whatever pressure is there will subside. And yes, my plan is to film more and in particular, move into areas adjacent to the pelvis.
