The Restorative Yoga for Hips class with Sativa Channer was extremely unaccessible for someone who is a beginner with little to no hip mobility. There were no options offered for those who hips do not fold as Sativa's do. There was nothing restorative about this class for a beginner.
Thank you David. As a new member of this amazing community, I want to learn the basic fundamentals of yoga poses and will revisit this class in the future during my journey as a reminder.

Fantastic! Having completed this challenge as an ongoing beginner I feel blessed and grateful in every way. Tough at times but fully rewarding and strengthening for mind and body.
