I forgot how clever Fiji sequences a class, and along with her expert diction..........loving this challenge . even though I have a healing shoulder injury and am not able to do some of the things I could do inthe past. It is a great practice! thank you fiji.
I love the transition into Bird of Paradise in this practice. I always seem to struggle with Flying Lizard and similar poses because my knee/leggings slip off my shoulder/shirt. Any recommendations on working with this?
