Another great class. I'm amazed at what Fiji fit into 20 minutes. Was very happy to have a second class in a row (following the January 2019 challenge set of videos) in which to practice crow. I haven't done bird of paradise in a long time and it was a lovely flow working up to that. Thanks, as always :)

I am so glad that nobody can see me as I clumsily attempt this class. I have a lot of work to do before I should attempt the bird of paradise pose again. I also need to work on getting in and out of crow pose faster. This class has some great transitions, and will definitely help with leg strength and flexibility.
