I have been away from practicing yoga for awhile. David's stretching classes have been helping me work out all the kinks from injury and arthritis, so thankful for his classes. This class was my first flow in a long time, and it was perfect: challenging, pace and thoughtful instruction. I loved it, and I love yoga! Thank you :)

This is a very nice and perfeclty made beginner yoga tutorial! I myself usually do intermediate level tutorials, but thought to try this one today. I really see that it is good for beginner level and wished to have done it when I started with Yoga. The teacher is Melissa is very very good! She remains calm all the time, and I love how she puts the pressure of students and makes them feel that they just have to relax in order to be able to do it! Thank you! :)
