This class is meant to be a part of a series that you can see in our program Establish Your Core Stability and Strength and on our Yoga for Beginners page. This class shows you what a full-length class feels like when you put a lot of emphasis on core stability throughout. As we said in the earlier classes, the intention is to feel light as you do yoga, maintaining a slow, deep breath, while attempting to balance effort and release in everything that you do.

I did this class the morning after a race (cycling), and it took me from stiff and sore to limber and relaxed. Thank you

absolutely loved the pace of this class and what it offered me in view of yet another groin strain filtering into my lower back and top of my hip. I'm hoping to move on to a similarly paced class but one which offers more asanas progressing into the warriors, triangles, simple balances and some more floor-based asanas, so that I could get a full body work-out for about 90 minutes. Ron Stewart's classes come close, but he moves a little too quickly. Any other recommendations would be welcome. It would motivate me to become a subscriber, if I could find what i'm looking for. Namaste and in gratitude for this wonderful site and the motivation behind it.
