This class is meant to be a part of a series that you can see in our program Establish Your Core Stability and Strength and on our Yoga for Beginners page. This class shows you what a full-length class feels like when you put a lot of emphasis on core stability throughout. As we said in the earlier classes, the intention is to feel light as you do yoga, maintaining a slow, deep breath, while attempting to balance effort and release in everything that you do.

Thank you for this class. I am taking the 30 day challenge, cherry picking each class based on what I feel my body needs for that day. This class is perfect for a rainy day on the island;) It's going to end up being a 60 day challenge because I want to do every class listed! Great teachers. Best. Yoga. Site. Ever.
