Nice stretch for lower back, hamstrings and hips! I liked being seated for the whole class. Sometimes the flow classes move so fast that it is hard to do the poses correctly.
What a beautiful, and much needed, hip/hamstring/lower back release! I will definitely be returning on days that my hips need a little extra TLC!
