This is a gentle yoga class that has a full-body focus, developed to help you feel present and 'in your body'. The selection of asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and affirmations are designed to help you rest, rejuvenate and relax.

I always love how Melissa keeps me focused on the breath in every class she teaches. I was a little tired after yesterday's great class, so today was a nice change.
Nice and easy stretching today... Feels really good and relaxing
I really enjoyed the affirmations and the setting (with the sound of the ocean). I think I prefer more verbal cues though to k ow what I’m supposed to be doing.
