Food

Three times a day, Omega’s chefs serve up wholesome and delicious buffet-style meals at the Rhinebeck Campus’s dining hall. Most of the meals come from local or regional farmers, there are always vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and the chefs are happy to accommodate those for those with other specific dietary needs. And, if you happen to find yourself a little peckish between meals, you can swing down to the Omega Café and take tea overlooking the campus garden!
