What You'll Experience

Elevate includes skill-building in advanced cueing, theming, marketing, and business development, and also takes a dive into the philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita. In addition to building their skills in teaching presence, assists, and demonstrations, students will receive the hands-on feedback for their own practice that is only possible in-person.

With evening downtime for relaxation, our Elevate Retreat is the perfect balance of professional development and a nourishing retreat. You will be guided by both Rachel Scott and Fiji McAlpine, who will be there to encourage you as you refine your teaching craft.

The Omega Institute is the perfect venue for a learning retreat like this. Omega has been operating since 1977 and has hosted some of the greatest leaders of yoga and holistic studies. It is situated on 250 acres of lakefront and forest in New York, with a beautiful campus to support all learning.

Most of the meals come from local or regional farmers, there are always vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and the chefs are happy to accommodate those for those with other specific dietary needs. And, if you happen to find yourself a little peckish between meals, you can swing down to the Omega Café and take tea overlooking the campus garden!
