This class is a more challenging beginner yoga flow that invites you to cultivate self compassion. Coming from a “no pain no gain” culture, many of us benefit from being reminded that practising yoga in a way that helps us honor the experience pleasure in the body can be a more effective way to calm the nervous system, while still building strength and alignment. This class can also help you appreciate the experience of pleasure in your daily life.

Loved this class!
I first did this class before a visit from my father. I have been working on having new boundaries with him and this class was perfect to remind me that I have to give love to myself before others. This class also reminds me that I don't have "push" through life to be successful. As I am shifting various patterns in life, I am opening myself up to experiencing pleasure and self compassion. I love this class and have been doing it once a week!
