Wow. Still surprises me how much my state of mind when I arrive at the mat influences the benefit I get from the class. The first time I did this, I was struggling, thinking the teacther wasn't giving me enough direction or time for transitions. Today, however, this hour was a wonderful journey and I am feeling energized, relaxed, refreshed and strong. Thank you DYWM and Tianne!!! After a very long hiatus, I'm want to get back into yoga...and brave me, started with this one. For a beginner, this was difficult, especially if all your muscles are tight from years of misuse. My balancing is off, my left shoulder is so tight that my left arm won't straighten properly... I'm sweating buckets and am kinda breathless. But I enjoyed it tremendously!

Many many thanks for this site and the classes you feature here. Yoga classes are expensive here in Singapore and what with a busy work schedule, this is gong to be my refuge for getting back to yoga. Wish me luck! :D

This class feels wonderful, combining signature elements of flow yoga... balancing postures, arm balances and inversions! Challenge with smooth transitions from end to end and without strain. I am complete, Namaste!
