Wonderful practice! I especially love the 'dancing' movements. I normally don't like flow that much, because I can't get fully into the postures in time. But this pace was good for me, and the repetition meant I could really get the benefit of the poses and go deeper each time.

What a beautiful sequence of stretches in the first class of this program, esp the warrior flow. Great guidance, I feel relaxed and a couple of inches taller too!
The program description seemed to focus on a post-pandemic world and I was worried that it would be all about that so I was relieved that the reference to it was subtle.

A beginner II / intermediate, I loved this short series. The movements and shapes were a great workout and I so appreciate moving/floating/expanding in postures that we are used to holding in stillness—the brain and the body need the change! Andrea, I loved the opening focus on returning to taking up space. I’ll follow your mat again for sure!, Thank you for your vulnerability, care and skill.

Andrea really surprised me with her intensity. I loved the slower, healthier pace but it got me strong.
