I just wanted to send out my thanks to you guys. I had gotten into yoga a few years ago, but never really stuck with it. It didn't fit. I didn't like it, and I did not enjoy how it felt.
Over the past eight months, though, I have began practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and I am more in shape, more flexible, and I just recently began following your programs. BJJ consumes most of my extra money, so I cannot afford a yoga studio right now. I will be donating to you guys very soon, also.
I don't have much else to say other than thank you for providing this resource. It has motivated me to continue doing it daily, and I will be joining a studio as soon as I can afford it.
I just wanted to say that I stumbled on this website via google and have enjoyed some wonderful classes. I am an ob/gyn physician, and have recommended it to many patients as well.
One idea I had was to have a chair (or bed) based class for people that have challenges with mobility. Some of my pregnant patients are stuck in bed, and I would love to be able to show them some stretches they could do while in their condition.
Again, thank you for the wonderful videos. I am pleased to be able to donate to this endeavor.
I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to view your videos for free! It is such a blessing to be able to practice yoga in the comfort of my own living room on my own time.
I am a third year nursing student, so I don't have much time for exercise or extra money to spend (my husband only recently graduated with his degree a few weeks ago! With both of us being students, there is no extra money for additional exercise classes). Stretch and exercise is so important, and yet it is so easily put on the back burner.

My wife was looking for online / video yoga instructions when she happened to find your site and instantly loved it. Although I was a bit skeptic in the beginning (I never thought yoga would be something I like) I joined her a few times in our living room and really started to like it.
I really enjoy the short sessions (~15min), since I find it easier to motivate myself for a short session then for a longer one, especially if I'm on my own or when I want to get rid of a nagging headache (and the short neck and shoulder sessions are perfect for the kind of headache I have from time to time).
So once again a big "Thank you!" for showing me an access to yoga that works for me!

Hi, this is a message particularly for David to say THANK YOU very much for the site.
I have been struggling to find a home practice that is suitable for my (beginner) level and my ability (unable to do ashtanga yoga due to arthritis). I came across your site and have, so far, done a number of videos of yours, plus a few of the other classes including a GREAT Yin class and I just wanted to express how fantastic they are. I will definitely be paying to download a few classes so that I can always have them on my ipad when away from home and because I want to support your wonderful website.
In particular, I find your classes pitched just right for me and they leave me feeling relaxed and revived. as well as the wonderful various 'balance' type hatha classes, I love the ones for shoulders/neck as I work at a desk all day. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow and overall, I'm just so pleased and happy that I found the website and can do a yoga class without millions of dog downs! It's meant that my home practice is much more regular (something nearly every day), which is really great as I can't find good hatha classes near me at a time I can make (so much emphasis on the ashtanga and viniyasa classes which are too strong for me).

I love David's classes. I have found that I don't have to watch the screen so much when I am following his class as he moves through poses as though he is taking part, which is just after the instructions. This gives the student time to move as well.
I also like the way that, whilst David is extremely supple, in the beginner classes he holds the position as a beginner would so that when you look at the screen, his body position is the same as yours. In a forward bend, for example, he doesn't put his head on knees but holds it above as a beginner would. This gives so much encouragement.
Thank you for the idea that everyone should have access to Yoga classes and for the time and work you have put in to make then available. I will be choosing a couple of favorite classes and buying the videos.
I have practiced yoga for almost 3 years, but nowadays, due to financial issues, I had to stop with the classes.
