Step 3: BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN LET GO

This is the 3rd in a series of video blog posts that are designed to help you better understand the various yoga programs on our site. This video focuses on our program that helps people who are experiencing chronic stress, anxiety and depression.

In this video, David stresses that the process of letting go has nothing to do with 'doing', and everything to do with understanding how to stop 'doing'. It's the essence of awareness, of mindfulness that there is a complete lack of effort and rather a wide-open attuned, listening, feeling totality of existence. 

It begins with trying it and practicing it, but it also requires that you believe that this kind of existence is possible for you. David discusses what it takes to get there and why it is so important when you are wanting to let go of mental and physical patterns that have been making you feel tired, stressed and anxious.
