Tight calves can lead to a variety of problems, including plantar fasciitis, knee pain and lower back pain. This quick video shows you how to use PNF to release the tension in your calf muscles, increasing the flexibility in the back of your legs.

Hi David,
are you supposed to keep your knee straight? I couldn't 100% tell what you were doing in the video. I also seem to feel this almost fully under my knee and a bit more in the hamstrings, and fairly little in the calves. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
This helps my plantar fasciitis. Thank you, David.
